Homeward Farms is a family tree farm located on Hawkins Road in Lake County, Michigan. Our unique farm consists of 440 acres of various types of agriculture: pines, hardwoods, natural fields, small crops, and a small lake/beaver pond. The property is managed as Michigan Qualified Forestry acreage and has been designated a Family Tree Farm by the American Tree Farm System. Our goal is to keep the property as natural as possible while improving the forestry and wildlife potential.  We feel strongly that this provides a legacy for our family, and the third, fourth and fifth generations are working to expand into other areas such as bee keeping (honey production) and maple syrup operations. We are keeping it small and family oriented to emphasize quality in  our products.
